THE MAINSTAGE
The Mainstage is a 49 seat AEA approved house.
You may rent the Mainstage for productions, readings and showcases, rehearsals, and classes.
The Mainstage has a three hour minimum for all non–performance rentals.
THE UPSTAIRS STUDIO
Studio A is a large (25 x 45) very comfortable, carpeted room with sky lights. It has chairs and tables and some rehearsal furniture available. It could handle any type rehearsal except dance because of a low 8’ ceiling. It has regular florescent lighting.
You may rent Studio A for Auditions, Classes, Rehearsals, Readings (with no tech)
Studio A has a 3 hours minimum for all uses.
FILM AND PHOTO SHOOTS
AUDITIONS
Mainstage (includes the lobby) - $85 for 3 hours, $20 / hr. thereafter
Studio - $60 for 3 hours, $15 / hr. thereafter
REHEARSALS and CLASSES
Mainstage (stage only) - $85 for 3 hours, $20 / hr. thereafter
Studio - $60 for 3 hours, $15 / hr. thereafter
READINGS
Includes lobby, but no tech/lights or sound.
$85 for 3 hours, $20 / hr. thereafter
PERFORMANCES/SHOWCASES
Includes lobby, tech (lights and sound), insurance, and Box Office/House Management.
$350 per performance everyday of week. Weekend Minimum is 2 shows per weekend.
TECH DAYS
(Load In/Out, Prep, etc.)
All Performances get one 8 hour block of Tech time free. All other times in theatre is $20 per hour including all rehearsals, building, lighting, or set building.
BOX OFFICE SERVICES
(included)
Box office staff for each show, 24 hour reservation line, credit card system, computer access to discount ticketing agencies if desired

50 Lights of various types – pars, Lekos, Frenals
Complete Sound playback system
PA System – not music PA
