In Memorium

In 2007 we lost a beloved member of our Attic family. Denise Wiesenmeyer, whose stage name was Denise Ragan, passed away sometime between Saturday February 10th and Tuesday February 13th when she was found in her home in Chatam, Illinois.

Denise, along with James Carey, co-founded The Attic Theatre Ensemble in 1987 and was its driving force until, due to reasons of health, she returned to her home in Chatam. She continued on the board of directors of The Attic Theatre and Film Center until her death.

She will be missed.
